Authors are invited to submit original research articles within the broad scope of the Journal. Please use the following guidelines.
- Please submit an electronic copy of your paper to the Editor-in-Chief as a Microsoft .doc file. There is no need to mail a hard copy by normal postal mail.
- Manuscripts, written in English, should be single-spaced with the one-inch margin on all four sides.
- The manuscript should be formatted to make it suitable for refereeing (free of grammatical errors; the organization of the paper should be appropriate for the research context)
- A brief abstract (maximum 100 words) should be included at the beginning of the manuscript, followed by (maximum ten) keywords. Keywords will be used for indexing and identifying suitable reviewers.
- Footnotes should not be used unless absolutely necessary.
- It is assumed that each submitted manuscript is original and has neither been published nor is being simultaneously considered by another Journal.
- There are no fees for paper submission or publication (electronic copy).
- The authors are required to seek written approvals from original authors if any copyrighted materials are used.
- Submission of a manuscript automatically implies that no copyrights have been violated. Upon acceptance of the manuscript, all rights would be transferred to the publisher.
- The articles should be preferably limited to 20 pages in length.
- References should be numbered and written in alphabetical order of the last name (surname) of the first author. Works of the same author should be arranged in the increasing order of the publication date. All references should quote the complete titles of Journals and books. In the text, references should be cited by the reference number placed within square brackets.

- The Editor(s) will make an initial determination of the suitability of the manuscript. Papers, which lack clarity in presentation or are clearly outside the scope of the Journal, will not be sent for review.
- The Editor(s) will send the manuscript to at least two competent reviewers or to an Associate Editor who then will send the manuscript to reviewers.
- Based on the recommendations by the reviewers, the Editor-in-Chief will either determine whether the manuscript should be accepted, rejected, or revised; or will consult further with additional reviewers.
- The Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to make the final decision on any submission.
- For manuscripts in need of revision, authors will be requested to revise their manuscript and resubmit the revised version within four weeks. Revisions submitted after six months will be treated as new submissions.
- The authors should clearly illustrate their responses to the reviewers’ comments.
- An electronic copy of the revised manuscript should be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief.
After a manuscript is accepted, the authors will be required to format the paper using the following guidelines:
- Names and affiliations of all authors should be listed immediately after the title of the article. An abstract (maximum 100 words) and a list of keywords (not exceeding six) should be included.
- Authors will also be requested to provide a text of the final paper in MS WORD only.
- Brief biographies (100 words maximum) of each author should be enclosed toward the end of the paper.
